The only major inter-subtype war in recorded history. The Dren crystalline-purity faction attempted to seal all leyline nodes in crystal, inadvertently cutting the Myrr off from their symbiotic fungi. The Myrr-Thal alliance counter-attacked. The war lasted 40 years.
The Accord of Open Frequencies was signed, prohibiting any subtype from restricting leyline access. Still the supreme law of Originis.
Both sides weaponized resonance — Dren crystallization sieges vs. Myrr living-resonance counter-attacks. The devastation was severe enough that all sides agreed to never repeat it.
